I rarely see nests in the park within eye view. Today was a blessing. Hidden within a bowl of leaves and limbs in the lower branches of an old Magnolia Tree I spotted a nest. Near my feet a female Robin gathered a beak full of worms and flew up to feed her chicks. Hungry open beaks quickly rose up from the woven twig nest. After the feeding she flew away and a male Robin who had also been gathering worms flew up to the nest. The Robin chicks continued with cries of hunger as each parent left to gather more food to fill their bellies.
Love to ALL!
