Unlike many other birds I see the Carolina Wren often before I hear its call. Living among the lower branches and often perched on stumps this tiny being is always a lovely sight. They build their nest on branches 3-6 ft off the ground, in stumps and in tree holes. A thicket seems to be a perfect home for this little beauty.
On a perfect spring morning as I was searching for wildflowers little birds flew above the meadow in the early sunlight. Diving in to flush insects from the grass and wildflowers sparrows swirled around me. For a brief moment I was caught in their spectacular winged vortex.
Don’t it always seem to go
That you don’t know what you’ve got til its gone…

Most people think of a type A personality when someone says they are a multitasker. I see my multitasker self in ever flowing actions direct out of Love. Never trying to fight the energy of life but working with it to create.
I used this talent in my 30s as an Instructional Design Engineer in the IT industry as a Project Manager. Working with multiple groups of talented people to achieve a common goal. In my early 40s and the next decade I had a vintage clothing and collectibles business online shipping over 11,000 packages. Individual tasks for my online business included restoring, photographing, listing and shipping each item. In my early 50s it was a journey back to pursue passions from my youth. Photography (especially nature), art and design became elements of my brand.
In each phase of my life I was the calm in seas of chaos. My mind felt like the ultimate super computer processing complex ideas through the filter of my heart. As 60 approached I could feel a slight slowdown of my processing speed. Sometimes it took me longer to pull up the data in my mind. Frustration had become an unwelcome visitor.
Twenty-Four days ago I began taking TimeBlock vegan superfood supplements. From the very first day I felt the fog of frustration lifting. My brain is organized like a card catalog and the ability to pull up information was returning. Thanks to TimeBlock I am embracing the return of my multitasking Inner Goddess. Productivity is once again my faithful friend.
“TimeBlock also helps support and maintain cognitive functions, helps produce energy and supports the immune system. It also supports a deeper more rejuvenating sleep allowing you to perform both physically and mentally during the day.” ~ TimeBlock https://www.timeblock.ca/
