HSNP Upper Dogwood Trail Red Admiral or Red Admirable
What’s in a name? A Butterfly of beauty could be both Admirable and an Admiral. Like it’s cousin the Mourning Cloak Butterfly it hibernates during the short Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas winter. This is why these are often some of the first butterflies we see along the park trails.
