I never thought I would become a bird person.   Based on my blog postings over the past 7 years it is safe to say I Love all varieties of winged beauties in our park and city.  Sometimes they seek out my company like this lovely fellow who flew over to greet me.  He showed me his foraging talents hopping closer and closer.   His fearless eye contact made me wonder if he had lived in someones yard at some point in his life.  A final glance and he was on his way. A reminder that I should drop in for a visit more often.
