Fantasy World of Colorful Melting Ice and Freezing Fog

Obstacles do not change my path they enhance the journey. ~ Lee Hiller

Every photographer has their limits, I tend to bend mine to see Nature’s beauty.  Nature has always rewarded me with a chance to capture the glory of her fierce side.  The light of the winter sun began to melt the ice coating the Forest raining chunks of ice upon the trail. Freezing fog swirled caressing the nearly leafless branches of the deciduous Trees.  The sun pierced the thinning canopy creating a fantasy world within the Forest. The pink ice and swirling green fog, it was a glorious hike.

Love to ALL
Lee

PS: Special thanks to my brave husband who dodged the falling ice with me.
PPS: Special Thanks to Nature for on hitting me once with one of the larger chunks of ice.  One was enough to appreciate your strength.

  1. Another beautiful (but brutal) hike. Ouch. But loved it. Love the ice formations after they landed. Captured beautifully. Love ur LH Rick x0xx00
